CO-OP Financial Services partnership will integrate new payment services within VisiFI’s mobile payments solutions
BIRMINGHAM, AL (March 2, 2021) – VisiFI, a Deda Group company and thought leader for fintech solutions, announced its next step towards further offering new mobile payment options, expanding its services in this area through its partnership with CO-OP Financial Services (www.coop.org).
“In 2020, we decided to expand our relationship with CO-OP to digital payments,” said Jami Jennings, Director Digital Channels, Cards & Payments at VisiFI. “For years we have supported and implemented debit card processing and shared branching. It was time to combine those initiatives with our digital banking platform allowing members access to a household brand, Zelle®, giving members a fast, safe and easy way to send and receive money.”
Through enabling this integration with CO-OP and VisiFI’s proprietary Digital Banking Solution, mutual customers can access and provide this technology to members more quickly and cost-effectively. The integration accelerates money movement time for VisiFI’s credit unions. With the quick and easy-to-use integration, members have access to their network of family and friends within their mobile banking application.
VisiFI is committed to innovating the credit union’s mobile and online banking landscape by introducing sustainable enhancements that improve members’ satisfaction, and the overall performance of the organization.
“Through seamless processes, systems and data, these solutions enable members to reach out to a virtual, high-performance credit union at their fingertips with freedom, security and consistency. Additionally, this unique view on the credit union business is crucial to build efficient omnichannel strategies around members’ needs and to predict and respond to needs and upcoming trends – those which are no longer perceived as a convenience, but a requirement,” said Rhiannon Stone, Chief Operating Officer at VisiFI.
Powered with VisiFI’s exclusive real-time data management engine, this approach gives credit unions the ability to enhance their member-centric attributes by leveraging an extensive use of their data.
