The Credit Union National Association (CUNA) is hosting a virtual three-day workshop on advocacy for credit union young professionals (under age 40). Advocating for your credit union as a young professional is vital to the credit union industry’s future and it is rewarding to know that you are making a difference to ensure credit unions continue to be a strong voice on Capitol Hill and in the Unicameral. The virtual workshop will be held August 4-6.
Young professionals who participate in the workshop will be immersed in strengthening lobbying skills; developing legislative relationships; prepping for Congressional visits; and working and coordinating with your state league. The workshop agenda is as follows:
