H.R. 3962 authorizes the use of remote online notarization and creates national standards and protections for its use. The state of Nebraska passed its own remote online notary legislation in 2019 and 
expedited its implementation in April of 2020 to assist with the emergence of COVID 19 and the public health precautions that took place.
H.R. 7733 makes improvements to Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) Bond Gaurantee Program by reducing the CDFI Bond Guarantee Program minimum issuance amount down to $25 million from $100 million.
