Corporate Central is committed to helping our member credit unions be wildly successful. Like many credit unions, we measure member experience with direct surveys. In late 2023, we sent out a membership survey to gain valuable insight into how members view their relationship with Corporate Central. Member surveys are a key method for gathering feedback and understanding what drives member loyalty. The results are measured by a scoring method called Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Our 2023 NPS was 85.41. This was our highest score to date and far surpasses the industry average of 62.42. Wider NPS standards only classify organizations as excellent once they have earned a score of 50. An NPS of 70 classifies the organization as world-class. We are immensely proud of this score as it demonstrates we are providing the services and products our members value.
